1. Fun Tours reserve the right to change, add, modify any information on the website with out notice.
2. Prices of shore excursions includes roundtrip transportation and meals where specified in the tour description.
3. Some tours have a minimum booking requirement or a maximum number of participants.
4. Therefore, all tours are subjected to cancellation depending on the booking requirement, and weather conditions or any other reason, and Fun Tours shall not be liable for any loss to guest by such cancellation.
5. In the event of tour cancellation, guest will be notified and a full refund will be given to guest holding vouchers.
6. If a client needs to cancel, a cancellation notice must be given 72 hours prior to the tour to receive a full refund.
7. Cancellation made 48- 24 hrs prior to the tour will be charged 20% of the tour cost. Except for Dolphin tour.
8. On arrival, if client wishes to change tours, this can be done and the funds transferred towards another tour.
9. Cancellation made less than 24hrs before the tour will be charged a 30% of the tour cost.
10. No refund if cancellation notice was given after the tour has commenced or was not given at all.
11. No refunds are made for failure to use all the described services included in the tour price.
12. The contract is subjected to interpretation by the law of Jamaica only.
13. There is no relationship of master and servant or of agency between the tour operators and Funtours Jamaica.
14. The operators of tours are solely responsible for their act and omissions and Fun Tours Jamaica assumes no responsibility for such act.
15. The passenger is deemed to have read and understood all the terms and condition herein and shall consult a Fun Tours Jamaica if explanation is needed.
16. By booking a tour with Fun Tours Jamaica, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions.
