You affirm that you are:
Authorized to act on behalf of a licensed travel agency, or operating as an independent travel consultant in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Using the Platform solely for lawful travel-related business purposes.
To ensure trust and security on our Platform, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date documentation upon request, including but not limited to:
Government-issued photo identification.
Valid business license or registration certificate.
IATA/CLIA number (if applicable).
Proof of agency affiliation or travel advisor certification.
Fun Tours Jamaica reserves the right to independently verify any information provided and may conduct background or fraud checks to validate credentials.
You agree to:
Provide only truthful, accurate, and complete information during sign-up and account maintenance.
Promptly update your account if any of your business, licensing, or contact information changes.
You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your agent account. You agree to:
Keep login credentials confidential.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
Fun Tours Jamaica may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
Any verification information is found to be false, expired, or misleading.
You violate any applicable laws or platform policies.
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical practices.
Information submitted for verification will be stored securely and used solely for internal verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
